If you are
ordering spools of boundary wire or packages of boundary
flags independent of a fence system purchase, then you are on the
right page.
If you are dissatisfied with this product for any reason,
you may return it within 45 days for a full refund of the purchase price less
shipping charge. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Items displaying
excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. PetSafe has a Lifetime Warranty on
parts and one year on labor. PetSafe guarantees all parts of this product for
life against manufacturing or parts defects. Misuse or incorrect handling is not
covered. If your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe may replace it with new or
reconditioned merchandise. There is a nominal labor charge for out of warranty
products but all parts are free during the warranty period.

Please note that we ship this item via UPS Ground within the
48 continental United States. We have ceased shipping of PetSafe brand items to
Canada and Europe because of exorbitant shipping and customs fees. Shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is via USPS Priority because it is cheaper than
UPS to these locations. Please contact
us prior to purchase at help@acornpetco.com for a shipping quote. NO SHIPPING TO
P.O. BOXES! A valid street address must be supplied. Please note that we do not
add any handling fees of any kind to your shipping quotes.
