If you are dissatisfied with this product
for any reason, you may return it within 21 days for a full
refund of the purchase price less shipping charge. SHIPPING AND
HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Items displaying excessive wear are
not eligible for a refund. Manufacturer will warranty this
product to be free from manufacturing defects, including
workmanship, when assembled and operated according to operating
instructions enclosed with this product, for a period of 90 days
from the date of original purchase. This warranty is
nontransferable and applies solely to the original purchaser and
does not extend to subsequent owners of this product. Repair
service is for a period of 90 days from the date of original
purchase at no charge for parts and labor with proof of purchase.
Replacement of defective parts is for a period of 12 months from
the date of original purchase with proof of purchase. (Labor not
included after initial 90 days.)
Please note that shipping of our waterers
and of our replacement filter packs to anywhere within the 48
continental United States will be via UPS Ground and is included
in their advertised prices. Filter packs may be ordered
independently. NO SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES! A valid street address
must be supplied. Please note that we do not add any handling
fees of any kind to your shipping quotes. We charge you whatever
we are being charged to ship product.
Because of warranty issues, we only ship
our pet feeders to destinations within the 48 continental United
States.
