Great Product.
Helped my very large boxer puppy become a better listener. After using the collar, he has learned to listen and behave better. Just putting the collar on him now, makes him behave. Great to train for behavior, such as barking, playing too rough with other dogs and controlling their walk. The best thing is the warning sound before a shock comes. You do not really need to inflict pain because they stop when they hear the beep. (love that!) The battery will not last long, so buy extras to have on hand.[...]

I would buy this product again. We had a black lab that would tear everything to shreds and dig up flowers, plants, etc. Since using the product she no longers does these things and we have only had to use it once.

It gets the job done! It has definitely helped with our problem. We usually just have to give one warning beep and our boxer stops digging, chewing, jumping, gnawing...the list goes on. The only problem we seem to be having is we have to change the battery A LOT! We are on our third set of batteries and we just got the collar in April. Other then that it's working!

I would buy this product again!!! We were able to train our very stubborn but SMART dog very easily about staying in our own yard. We also have been able to improve her behavior in the house as well!!! We went from having a good dog to a great dog!!! Love this product!

If you are dissatisfied with this product for any reason, you may return it within 45 days for a refund of your purchase price less shipping charge. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. PetSafe has a Lifetime Warranty on parts and one year on labor.
Any item being returned must be shipped back to the warehouse from which it was shipped. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required for all returns. Any merchandise returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number written on the outside of the package will be assessed a 10% fee by the warehouse so please do not ship any merchandise back for a refund without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number by contacting us by phone or email.
PetSafe guarantees all parts of this product for life against manufacturing or parts defects. Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered.
