There will be no
additional charge for shipping of any number of lightning protection modules, boxes of sod staples
for above ground installation or additional collar/receivers as long as they are shipped
together with one of our Pet Fence systems. Stand-alone orders for any of these items will incur a shipping charge. If you are ordering one or
more of our Standard Fence system collar/receivers independently, then you are on the
right page.
If you are
ordering one of our Pet Fence systems and you need additional
collar/receivers for your other pets, please find the radio button (which
corresponds with the number of additional collar/receivers you will need) at
the top of that system's page in order to have your additional
collar/receiver(s) shipped along with your Pet Fence system thereby avoiding any
additional charge for
shipping. If
ordering separately (a
stand-alone order), please find the radio button (which corresponds with the number
of additional collar/receivers you will need) below. Please note that each of
our Pet Fence systems already comes with one
collar/receiver.
If you are dissatisfied with this product for any reason,
you may return it within 45 days for a full refund of the purchase price less
shipping charge. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Items displaying
excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. PetSafe has a Lifetime Warranty on
parts and one year on labor. PetSafe guarantees all parts of this product for
life against manufacturing or parts defects. Misuse or incorrect handling is not
covered. If your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe may replace it with new or
reconditioned merchandise. There is a nominal labor charge for out of warranty
products but all parts are free during the warranty period.

Please note that we ship this item via UPS Ground within the
48 continental United States. We have ceased shipping of PetSafe brand items to
Canada and Europe because of exorbitant shipping and customs fees. Shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is via USPS Priority because it is cheaper than
UPS to these locations. Please contact us prior
to purchase at help@acornpetco.com for a shipping
quote. NO SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES! A valid street address
must be supplied. Please note that we do not add any handling fees of any kind
to your shipping quotes.
All payments in US$ only. Orders are normally
shipped within 1 business day after payment has been received and
cleared.
We accept payment by personal check, money order, cashier's
check, electronic funds transfer or major credit card or debit card. Please be
aware that payment methods other than by major credit card or debit card must
