The RoamEO GPS Dog Location System is designed for dog owners to quickly and accurately locate their dogs by using state-of-the art GPS technology. RoamEO displays the concise, easy to read information on a color LCD screen that allows you to locate your dog and shows you his or her current movements.

Each RoamEO GPS Dog Location System consists of a portable, handheld receiver that displays information received from the GPS-enabled collar around your dog's neck. The handheld receiver uses a color LCD to show the location, direction and velocity of your dog. RoamEO is designed to update readings every few seconds, giving you a continuous stream of real-time information.

The RoamEO GPS Dog Location System uses an ordinary collar that is equipped with GPS technology. Just place the collar around your dog's neck, turn it on and RoamEO is operational. The RoamEO handheld unit can track up to 3 dogs simultaneously. A separate collar is required for each dog. With this system, you can contain up to 3 dogs of any size with the same system. There will be no additional charge for shipping of any number of additional collar/transmitters as long as they are shipped together with your RoamEO system. RoamEO has also been designed so that you can set up a GPS Dog Fence. RoamEO uses GPS coordinates that you establish by walking the perimeter of your desired fence, and commits them to memory. If your dog exits this perimeter, an audible alarm will sound. For example, you may wish to establish your property line as the perimeter for your dog. After setting up your fence, this information would be stored in your system and if your dog wanders off your property, the alarm will sound. Because this boundary is electronic, you can erase and create new ones as often as you like, giving you the flexibility for any situation or condition.

If you have more than 1 dog, depending on his or her breed, age and weight, you may decide that a different size collar/transmitter from the one whichcomes with the base system you are ordering may be more appropriate for your other dog. It is no problem to mix and match. For example, you may have a large dog and a small dog in which case you may feel free to order our Large RoamEO and a Small RoamEO Additional Collar/Transmitter.

If you are dissatisfied with this product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charge. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with RoamEO, please return the system in its original packaging for a full refund. The product must be returned in new condition, with all components, or you may be accessed a 25% restocking fee. Prior authorization and shipping instructions for returns must be obtained by contacting us at help@acornpetco.com. Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered.

Manufacturer warranties the RoamEO GPS Pet Location System against defects and malfunctions in materials and workmanship, and against failure to conform to the product's written specifications for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Any such defect, malfunction or non-conformity which occurs within one (1) year from the date of your original purchase will either be repaired without charge or replaced with a new product identical or reasonably equivalent to this product, or your purchase refunded, at our option, within a reasonable time after our receipt of the defective product. This repair, or product replacement, or refund is the exclusive remedy available to you against us for any defect, malfunction or non-conformity concerning our product or for any loss or damage resulting from any other cause whatsoever.

This warranty does not apply in the following circumstances: (1) if said defect is a result of negligence, accident, misuse, or carelessness; (2) if the product has been connected, installed, combined, altered, adjusted or handled in any manner other than according to the instructions furnished with this product; or (3) if the product has been serviced or repaired by anyone other than us.
